Ex-MILAD commends Okowa on Delta at 25

The first military Governor of Delta State, Air Commodore Luke Ochulor (rtd), has called on Deltans irrespective of political and ethnic affiliations to join hands with the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to move the state forward.
Ochulor in an exclusive interview with The Abuja Inquirer at Asaba on Delta at 25, maintained that from what he has seen, the governor is committed in bringing development to all parts of the state.
He commended all the past military and civilian governors of the state for the sacrifices they have made to unite all Deltans irrespective of ethnic affiliations which he termed “unity of diversity.”
According to him, Okowa inspite of the economic crunch has been able to open up the Delta with state of the art infrastructures.
He urged him to continue to be prudent in management of resources, saying that Deltans will reap the benefit of democracy maximally from him.
The ex-MILAD also stated that he was able to succeed as a military governor in the state as a result of the technocrats he met in the state civil service.
