Market mgt: Traders rate AMML high

Traders in the Federal Capital Territory, have rated the Abuja Markets Management Limited best facility/ market managers in the territory. 

The Corporate Affairs Manager, Abuja Markets Management Limited, Mr. Innocent Amaechina, in a statement said the award was presented during the 2019 Nigerian Traders Summit facilitated by the National Association of Nigerian Traders, NANTS, Abuja chapter, attended by over 3000 traders within and outside Abuja.

The statement quoted the chairman of NANTS, Abuja chapter, Prince Edozie Ugwu, as explaining, while presenting the award that it was in appreciation of AMML’s efficiency in service delivery in line with the yearning of the traders’ association.

 

“We applaud your efforts with this recognition award”, the chairman added.

Earlier in a letter of nomination, the traders noted that AMML’s nomination for the award of excellence as the best facility/ market manager of the year, 2018 followed a poll.

Responding after the award presentation, the Managing Director, AMML, Alh. Abubakar Faruk, who was represented by the Corporate Affairs Manager, Innocent Amaechina, said the award to AMML was a call to higher duty.

‘We have pioneered professional facility management of markets in Nigeria, we have provided value-added services that enhanced business growth and consistently pushed challenges of the informal sector of the economy to the front burner. With this award, we are compelled to do even more”, he said.
