The chairman of Abaji area council, Alh. Abdulrahman Ajiya, has tasked Muslim faithful to emulate the life style of Prophet Muhammad.
He made the call when he paid a Sallah homage to the Ona of Abaji, HRH Alh. Adamu Yunusa, and called on Muslims to live in peace with one another even with those of not the same faith.
The chairman tasked Muslim faithful to use the period for sober reflection, noting that the act would in no small measure bring about rapid socio-economic development in the council.
Ajiya enjoined residents of Abaji to regard crime fighting and control as a collective responsibilty with a view to tackling security challenges, just as he appealed to youths to always direct their minds to positive activities.

He noted that God has created human beings into different tribe, religion, colour and nations in order to show love to one another.
The traditional ruler reiterated commitment to be organising security meetings and prayers with a view to achieving success is the fight against criminal activities in his domain.
