Niger Delta Peace group commends NSCDC, for relationship with other security agencies
A group of peace advocates in the Niger Delta, under the aegis of The mission Peace and Development of Niger Delta Youths, has commended the civil security activities of the rank and file of Nigeria Security Civil Defences Corps, NSCDC, for working harmoniously with other security agencies in the enforcement of the federal government covid 19 lockdown to stem the corona virus pandemic.
In a press, statement by the group led by its national Chairman Hon Philip Adomor a former house of Assembly candidate in Isoko South local government area of Delta state and the APC grassroots woman leader madam Elo Eyere, made available to journalists in Abuja.
Adomor said that the NSCDC under the transparent leadership of CG, Gana Muhammadu has rebranded the organisation through training and retraining of Staff for effective service delivery as well as food security through the agro food rangers scheme.
The agro rangers scheme is an initiative of CG, Abdullah Muhammadu, established and completed the agricultural revolution policy of the president Buhari administration.
The youth body also commended CG, Gana muhammadu for reducing the activities of illegal oil bunkering in Niger Delta region.
