Forum Congratulates President elect-Tinubu, new, returning NASS members.     

The Executive committee and entire members of the South-West Legislative Aides Forum, National Assembly Chapter congratulates the President-Elect Federal Republic of Nigeria Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, newly elected  members and returning  lawmakers of the 10th Assembly as it pledges continuous support to the entire Legislative Arm of government in Nigeria. 

Jointly speaking the  Legislative Aides from all the six states of the South-West  geo-political zone of Nigeria said that they are happy with the outcome of the general elections where a President -Elect, a tested nationalist and pan africanist emerged. 

Chairman of the Forum, Abiodun Apantaku in a statement on Thursday in Abuja, said the group will continue to support legislations from it’s zone. 

They group congratulated the former governor of Lagos State Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was declared elected President by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC and pledged continuous support to his yet – to – be – inaugurated administration.

The forum equally sent warm felicitations  to returning members of the  9th National Assembly who won their re-election into the 10th Assembly and newly elected members even as they pledged continuous support to them to deliver on their mandate to their constituents.     

                                                                   The body also congratulates all the re-elected and incoming governors of the states of the zone as well as new and old members of the six State Houses of Assembly in the zone, assuring them of a robust working relationship.     

                                                                                                                                             The forum equally assures the members of the yet to be inaugurated 10th National Assembly of the unalloyed support and to respect their right to choose whosoever they want to lead them as Principal Officers. As it hopes for better welfare of its members  from the  Management of the National Assembly in the 10th Assembly.
