The University of Abuja, UniAbuja, Business School has matriculated 126 students for its Stream II, 2024/2025 Executive Master of Business Administration, EMBA, and Regular Master of Business Administration, RMBA, programmes.
Speaking at the matriculation ceremony at the Kado Campus of the university, the acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof Patricia Manko Lar, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to fostering strong industry collaborations.
Lar emphasized that such partnerships would provide students with a well-rounded, lifelong learning experience.
While encouraging the new cohort to engage actively, she urged them to contribute their ideas to enhance the school’s learning environment.
“I urge you to focus on your studies, engage in constructive discourse, share your ideas on how best to attract and build collaborations, and aspire to be our worthy ambassadors within and outside the shores of Nigeria,” Lar said.
Director of the Business School, Prof Taibat Atoyebi, announced that 126 students had been admitted into the programme, including 31 in the EMBA track.
On his part, the acting Registrar, Mrs. Islamiyat Abdulrahim, administered the matriculation oath, formally inducting the students into the university.
Expressing excitement, one of the newly admitted students said, “It is a great honor to be admitted to the School and to take part in this ceremony. I promise to give my best and make the most of this opportunity.”
