Embrace entrepreneurship, Sule urges trainees

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr Abdullahi Sule, has urged trainees of the newly-opened A. A Sule Ideation Camp 33 to embrace entrepreneurship as a means of uplifting their economic status.

Sule gave the charge last Thursday while declaring open the centre located at the CSS Integrated Farm, Gora, Keffi- Abuja.

Represented by the Commissioner of Education, Hon. John Mamman, the governor congratulated the trainees and encouraged them to value more than just the one million Naira gifted them emphasizing that the knowledge they are about to acquire from the Ideation Camp is priceless as it will prepare them for future endeavours and enable them to stand out for a sustainable future.

Also speaking, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSS, Prof. John Kennedy Opara, encouraged the 33 beneficiaries to serve as a positive channel to humanity, asserting that their value will come not from monetary gain but from the discovery of their potential and true selves.

Okpara urged them to not only strive for academic excellence but also make impactful contributions.

On his part, the Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Prof Suleiman Bala Mohammed, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academics, Prof Abdullahi Moddibo, reiterated the university’s commitment to nurturing students and providing quality education to create a sustainable plan.

Mohammed thanked the governor, who is the visitor of the university for initiating the programme and encouraged participants to fully engage themselves in the training programme to achieve their desired outcomes.
