Sir Paul Chukwuma has been recognized with the prestigious African Illustrious Award by the African Media Group, for his profound impact on the community.
The award ceremony, held at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, gathered attendees from various sectors, all celebrating individuals who have significantly contributed to societal advancement.
Chukwuma received acclaim for his transformative community development initiatives, including the construction of roads and support for the underprivileged in Umueri. Notably, he recently covered SSCE and UTME fees for 1,000 and 500 students in Anambra State, respectively, showcasing his steadfast commitment to education.
Established five years ago, the African Illustrious Award aims to honor outstanding Africans who have made substantial contributions to the development of African societies.
Representing Sir Paul Chukwuma at the ceremony, Chief Hillary Udanoh dedicated the award to the people of Anambra State, emphasizing Chukwuma’s ongoing efforts to enhance lives and address economic disparities.
Renowned for his discreet yet impactful philanthropy, Chukwuma consistently reaffirms his dedication to improving education and living standards through strategic investments.
Other distinguished awardees included President Bassirou Doamaye Faye of Senegal, Governor Alex Otti, and Dele Momodu, among others.
