Digital solutions provider, Globacom, has rewarded 115 of its top business partners with millions of naira in cash and other prizes in recognition of their outstanding performance during the first half of 2026.
The rewards were presented at the 2026 Glo Partners’ Reward Gala held in Lagos, last Thursday, where the company celebrated the contributions of its dealers and reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the partnership.
Speaking at the event, Globacom’s Cluster Head, Lagos 2, Abdul Rasaq Ande, said the gala was organised to celebrate the company’s strategic business partners whose contributions have remained critical to its growth over the past 23 years.
He said: “our partners have, over the years been the bedrock of the Globacom ecosystem, and their success is our success.
“It has been 23 incredible years of operation, you will recall that we commenced business on August 29, 2003. It has been 23 years of technological revolution, innovation and service excellence.
“Globacom’s promise to you remains unchanged, we will continue investing heavily in next-generation tools, upgrading our infrastructure, and ensuring our network stays second to none.”
The company also unveiled new consumer-focused initiatives, including the “More Data More Value” offering, which is designed to give subscribers greater value for every naira spent on data services.
Globacom further showcased some of its technology-driven innovations, including Gloria, an AI-powered Glo Café voice assistant designed to improve customer engagement and service delivery in six languages.
The company said it had also expanded its “Borrow Me Credit” service to ensure subscribers remain connected even when they have low or zero airtime balance.
In addition, it disclosed that the Glo Café platform is being upgraded to provide millions of subscribers with a more seamless and engaging digital experience.
Speaking on behalf of the award recipients, Managing Director of Demmy Global Resources, Ademola Akinlabi, and Alhaji Yusuf Yahaya of Lambadaya Stores commended Globacom for recognising dealers with cars, cash rewards and other incentives.
