Abuja agency vows to serve SMEs better

The acting Managing Director (MD) of the Abuja Enterprise Agency, AEA, Mallam Shehu Abdulkadir, has said that the agency will continue to provide excellent business support services to Small and Medium Enterprises, SMEs, across the FCT

Abdulkadir spoke at the maiden edition of the Customer Service Week held at the agency’s entrepreneurial complex in Abuja.

He said, “The objective is to get feedback from clients and stakeholders of the agency and address complaints. Also, to improve service delivery and enhance customer care towards customer retention and to gain more insight on the needs of entrepreneurs and streamline services to them.”

The FCTA Permanent Secretary, Olusade Adesola, represented by Dr. Jummai Ahmadu, said the administration welcomed the idea of a “Customer Forum” which was intended to create a platform for dialogue among stakeholders with a view to discussing challenges, as well as addressing contemporary issues in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. 

The agency unveiled the 2022 Customer Service Week logo and unveiled Aisha Umni Yusuf of its Corporate Services Department as its “staff of the year”.
