Governor Umo Eno, of Akwa Ibom State, has described the appointment of the new Head of Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, Samuel Atang, as a demonstration of the president’s spirit of inclusivity.
The governor, in a congratulatory message released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, expressed confidence in the capacity of the new Head of Service to deliver on his responsibilities.
Eno, while appreciating President Ahmed Tinubu, for the appointment, pledged the unalloyed support of the people of Akwa Ibom to the present administration.
Part of the message reads, “On behalf of the Government and people of Akwa Ibom State, we thank you most profoundly and pledge our loyalty and unalloyed support to your administration.
“To Samuel, the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, I have no doubt that given your professional bonafides in public service, you will rise to the occasion and acquit yourself creditably.”
The newly appointed FCTA Head of the Civil Service hails from Ikot Udota in Eket Local Government of Akwa Ibom State.
