The founder of the Love of Christ Generation Church, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his courage and vision.

Ajayi who made the commendation after a rally in Abuja to drum up support and awareness for her upcoming event themed “Celebrate The Comforter 2024” highlighted the essential role of love in governance and daily life.

Speaking to journalists after the rally, Rev. Ajayi said, “If you love the people you are ruling, you won’t misuse the money meant for everybody. If you love your neighbor, you won’t use them for rituals or kidnap them. With love, you can’t miss it, she added”.

Drawing on biblical teachings, she quoted John 3:16 to stress her message, saying, “For God so loved the world. He loves us, so we keep loving each other. If you are a billionaire, you share among the poor. When love is love, keep loving.”

She explained that her motivation stems from a profound love for her country and Christianity. “Everything that we have been sharing is free. You share it because you’re not going to take money to Heaven. You came into this world with nothing, and obviously, you’re going to leave with nothing. Keep loving. When the love of the Lord saturates your heart, you will share it.”

Mother Ajayi also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his bold and courageous leadership saying, “It might take a little bit of time before we begin to see the effects, but mark my words, it is going to happen. Our coming together at this time wasn’t planned; it is Jesus that did it. The Lord is speaking to us spiritually that Nigeria is going to be great again. As the Lord lives, God is going to turn around the source of our economy and turn it around for the best,” she declared.

Also speaking, the APC National Youth Leader, Dayo Israel, emphasized the significance of the event. He said, “We are celebrating Christ. We are celebrating redemption. We are celebrating the Comforter, the Holy Spirit. We are celebrating spiritual renewal and the gift of Christ. The reality is that no nation advances without the help of God. No matter the technological advancements and the innovations that you see, even the US dollar says, ‘In God we trust.'”

Israel expressed optimism about the event’s potential impact on Nigeria. “With the Comforter event happening in Abuja here at the stadium, God will visit our nation more with power and signs. It will be an opportunity for God to transform Nigeria, strengthen the hand of our president, and make our nation greater through his mercies by the Grace of God.”

The rally concluded with a call for unity and love among Nigerians, setting a hopeful tone for the upcoming Celebrate The Comforter 2024 event scheduled for Saturday, July 20, 2024. The event will be held at the Main Bowl of the National Stadium in Abuja.
