The revered monarch announced this remarkable feat today 21st of August, 2025 at Aghofen, Palace of the Olu of Warri in Delta State during his 4th coronation anniversary celebration speech before thousands of Itsekiri sons and daughters and well wishers from all walks of life.
His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse further stated as the Chairman of the Itsekiri Trust Fund (ITF), he has personally contributed the whooping sum of 700 million naira as his personal commitment to show his leadership by example qualifies.
The Olu therefore called on all well meaning Itsekiri sons and daughters across the world to come over to join him in sowing and watering the seeds of collective development for the Itsekiri people while insisting that it is ONLY the Itsekiri people that can truly develop themselves and ancestral homeland..
This milestone once again demonstrate the uncommon display of the deep commitment of this great and dynamic King to not only speak about making the Itsekiri people and Warri Kingdom great, but he is actually walking the talk by physical, tangible and verifiable evidence that every single Itsekiri person can benefit from.
