The Chief of Defence Staff, CDS, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, has described the Minister of Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar Badaru, as a patriot whose unwavering commitment has strengthened Nigeria’s defence capabilities on the occasion of the minister’s 63rd birthday.
In a statement by the Director of Defence Information, Brigadier General Tukur Gusau, General Musa praised the minister for his vision, humility, and patriotism, noting that his unwavering commitment to national service has strengthened Nigeria’s defence and security architecture.
He described Alhaji Badaru’s leadership as a source of inspiration to officers, men, and women of the Armed Forces.
The CDS further commended the minister for fostering synergy among the military services and defence institutions, enhancing operational effectiveness and boosting the morale of personnel across all theatres of operation.
General Musa prayed for the minister’s continued health, wisdom, and strength to serve the nation with distinction.
