National Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council ,IPAC. Dr. Yusuf Mamman Dantalle has been re-elected The victory gives him a second term leading the umbrella body of Nigeria’s political parties.
A major highlight of the elections was the emergence of APC’s Hajiya Zainab Abubakar Ibrahim as Deputy National chairperson. Her election boosts women’s representation in IPAC’s leadership.
Other elected officers include Barr. Maxwell Mgbudem as National Secretary, Maryam Garba Bagel as Deputy National Secretary, Dr. Dipo Olayoku as National Treasurer, Chinyere Kalu as National Organising Secretary, Dr. Umar Mohammed as National Financial Secretary, Martins Egbeola as National Publicity Secretary, and Barr. Obed Agu as National Legal Adviser.
The results were endorsed by the Electoral Committee, led by Chief Dan Nwanyanwu, mni, OFR, and Secretary Ina Okopi-Agu.
