2023: APC chieftain predicts Tinubu’s victory in Kano

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ginika Tor, has predicted a sweeping victory for the candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the 2023 presidential election in Kano state.
Tor, who is also the convener of Igbo Kwenu 4 Asiwaju/Shettima Team, a project of Omaluegwuoku Progressive Initiative, also said the APC candidate will go ahead to win the presidential race.
She spoke in Kano during a two-day visit by Tinubu to meet with Kano Business Community Council in Kano State where she noted that the reception in honour of Tinubu was impressive and important for him to tell his story to avoid being misunderstood.
“Should you fail to tell your story, the world will twist it. The turn-out of this great event can be described as impressive outings which have defeated the fake news on Kano over the assurance of Asiwaju’s victory at the polls in Kano State.
Tor urged the Igbo in the North West and North East to support the duo in view of the foundations for good governance that they have laid.
She said “competence, capability and the credibility of Asiwaju and Shettima are not in doubt and their footprints are visible for anyone to see so do not hesitate to join hands with OPI to vote Asiwaju/Shettima as the President and Vice President respectively.”
According to her, Asiwaju laid the foundation for a modern Lagos State between 1999-2007 and leap frogged the IGR from a paltry N600 million per month to over N10 billion monthly and it is upon that foundation that successive administrations of Lagos state have leveraged to continue to deliver dividends of democracy to Lagosians.
