A total of 1,018 Senior and Junior staff of the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA, have been promoted to the next grade level, following ….
The development followed an approval by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, who approved the Years 2022 and 2023 promotion of staff on Grade Levels 07 – 15.
The management of the FCDA, in a statement on Wednesday, explained that the successful candidates emerged following the conclusion of the exercise in April, 2024.
The authority added that the minister also granted approval for the immediate review of the Conditions of Service and Operations Manual for the FCDA.
“The Executive Secretary, FCDA, Engr. Shehu Hadi, disclosed this, affirming that the approval was conveyed by the Chairman, FCT Civil Service Commission, Engr. Emeka Ezeh.
“Accordingly, the Authority is in the process of setting up the necessary machinery towards the realization of the objectives for the review.
“The Management and Staff of the FCDA expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the Honourable Minister for the approvals, as this will go a long way to boost the morale of staff and improve their productivity which is in line with the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration.”
