The Vice Chancellor of Nasarawa State University Keffi, NSUK, Prof Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, has praised the Minister of Women’s Affairs, Hajia Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim, for donating 100 bags of rice to the Nasarawa State University, Keffi, community.
Liman made the commendation recently in a chat with a team from the Information and Protocol Unit in her office, a statement by the unit said.
While hailing the generosity of the minister, the VC said the donation would go a long way in alleviating the hardship encountered by the recent economic downturn witnessed in the Country which is occasioned by inflation.
She added that the 100 bags of rice were shared equally between the Christian and Muslim communities in the university.
Recall that the minister recently announced the donation of 100 bags of rice when she visited the University for an official function.
