The Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, has advised students and the general public to stick to the official portal of the Fund and disregard any other links, websites, or messages claiming to offer access to the NELFUND Student Loan Scheme.
NELFUND’s Director of Strategic Communications, Mrs Oseyemi Oluwatuyi, who gave the advice in a statement on Saturday, reiterated that the ONLY official portal for student loan applications is www.nelf.gov.ng and https://www.nelf.gov.ng.
While expressing the commitment of the Fund ensuring that eligible Nigerian students have access to financial support through a transparent and secure process, she warned that any other portal part from these ones is unauthorized and should not be trusted.

For verified updates and official information, always visit [www.nelf.gov.ng](https://www.nelf.gov.ng) or follow our verified social media channels,” she said.
NELFUND was set up set up by the Federal Government of Nigeria to provide accessible interest-free loans to Nigerian students in tertiary institutions.
