Police seek family of missing six-year-old boy

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has appealed to members of the public for information that could help reunite a six-year-old boy, Aliyu Suleiman, with his family.
Aliyu, who speaks Hausa fluently, told police he travelled to Abuja from Port Harcourt with his mother, Rashidat. He said he became separated from her while they were out with his three siblings: Aisha, Umar and Zaipa.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, the boy was found wandering around the Kubwa area by a good Samaritan, who took him to the Kubwa Area Command on July 9 after unsuccessful efforts to locate his parents or relatives.
The police urged anyone with useful information that could assist in reuniting the child with his family to report to the nearest police station or call 08180382808 or 07038979348.
