As Nigeria continues to grapple with a housing deficit, MGE Realty Limited has delivered an 18-unit residential estate in Abuja, adding to the supply of housing in the Federal Capital Territory.
The project, known as Esther’s Court, comprises 18 three-bedroom terraced apartments built on a 3,460-square-metre parcel of land in Sabon Lugbe. Construction began in early 2024.
Located off Airport Road in Sabon Lugbe, the estate offers access to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and other parts of the Federal Capital Territory.
Grandbricks Engineering Limited, which partnered with MGE Realty on the development and served as the project contractor, estimates that the airport is about 15 minutes away, while Abuja’s inner districts can be reached within 20 to 25 minutes.
The estate features green spaces, on-site parking, power supply, a sewage system, access roads and security infrastructure designed to support residential living.
Each apartment has all rooms ensuite, combining contemporary architectural design with functional living spaces.
The apartments are priced at N60.5m for buyers who make full payment within two months, while those who complete payment within four months will pay N61m. Corner-piece units attract an additional N5m.
The project marks MGE Realty’s first real estate development in Abuja, expanding its portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure properties.
