CROSSJOF condoles Senator Owan-Enoh over younger brother’s death

The Cross River State Journalists Forum, CROSSJOF, Abuja, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Rev. Fr. Victor Achima Owan-Enoh, younger brother of the Minister of State for Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Sen. John Owan-Enoh.
In a condolence message jointly signed by its Chairman, Francisca Ogar, and Secretary, Raphael Ekpang, the Forum said the cleric passed away on Sunday morning in Abuja.
The cause of his death was not known to the Forum as of the time the statement was issued.
CROSSJOF described the passing of Rev. Fr. Victor as a painful loss not only to the Owan-Enoh family but also to the Catholic Church in Nigeria and the wider Christian community.
The Forum noted that the late priest lived a life marked by service, devotion, and commitment to God and humanity, adding that his death leaves a significant void in the lives of those who benefited from his priestly ministry.
CROSSJOF extended its heartfelt sympathies to Senator Owan-Enoh, the entire Owan-Enoh family, and particularly the aged mother of the deceased during this difficult period of mourning.
The Forum also prayed for God’s comfort and strength for the bereaved family and all who are grieving the departed priest.
“May the soul of Rev. Fr. Victor Achima Owan-Enoh rest in perfect peace,” the Forum prayed.
